Nice Hotel in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the pool was cold which is why we chose this hotel.

Clean room. Breakfast was o.k. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, buiscuits were decent. Donuts that were chilled from restaurant next door. OJ was slushy or frozen. It was ok the first day. Unfortunately for us; our last day there the pool heater broke and the pool was very cold. The people at the check in were nice.

The hotel staff was amazing and our suite was huge and comfortable. My family and I will be back very soon. I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel or the comfortable rooms or the perfect location. Only draw back was the lean in the lobby (which honestly didn’t bother me) and the breakfast was a little basic (I was the only person who ate it since they didn’t offer anything my family liked). But I’m not letting those things deter me from staying again.

Breakfast was excellent.staff was not friendly pool was not heated room was not cleaned all week. So I didn't leave tip should have said on website pool heater was broken down .I wouldn't have stayed disappointed nice location and close to cracker barrel and the grill next door Excellent price and great food .The game room had been messed up with the claws hanging up not rotating to pick up toys didn't fill them up all week.the only 2 employees that were friendly was the first girl I came in contact with dark hair white girl and a older gentleman with long hair that brought me towels

The hotel is definitely showing its age and needs updating. Staff was nice. The beds were not very comfortable and the towels are so small and thin. The room we occupied had an exhaust fan in the bathroom but it didn't really do anything to vent the room so everything in the bathroom felt wet after a shower. It didn't help that the shower curtain rod was hung in a way that the curtain would not stay closed on either end. On the plus side, my grandson enjoyed the indoor pool. Overall, I probably would choose another place to stay next time.
