8/10 Very good

Location was great for beach and dining. Would have liked a balcony or some sort of outdoor seating and grilling option.

8/10 Very good

It was convenient. The parking was underrated. Especially when my truck was towed. Without a convenient could you move it.

2/10 Poor

Our welcome packet with park permit we didn’t see! Our vehicle got towed without communication! We left multiple messages and called multiple numbers and no return call! Had to pay to get vehicle back! Found out that 4 tenants on Saturday night got towed! Trash was on steps from Saturday till we left on Tuesday! Very disappointed in how the web shows it as it is nothing like described! We were upset with the lack of communication! We kept getting told they would call us and never did!
Clump of hair
Paint missing
Vent above shower/tub
Rusty toilet paper holder
