6/10 Good

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Reception and checking was t great. The check in lady was not very welcoming, mumbled through most of the checkin. Had a few issues where we had to change rooms twice. Staff were a little more helpful and granted comp breakfast for 1 of the 3 mornings. Room was clean upon checkin. However turnover didn’t happen on a daily basis. This would be appreciated. All in all the stay was ok. I’d go again next year.

Good value for money, ideally located for where we were planning to visit (Bletchley Park). Only negative was that there wasn’t a plug available for the bathroom sink!

6/10 Good

The hotel was quite shabby in places. I was offered to pay to upgrade to a junior suite which I did, and the view of the stadium was great. However the general cleanliness and quality was poor. This was also clear in some of the communal areas particularly at breakfast where there were cobwebs and building up in areas. This coupled with the fact that Hotels.com only confirmed a price including 1 breakfast was frustrating and again cost me additional monies. Also I feel particularly stung with parking as I had to pay for 2 days and wasn't informed I could have parked in the retail area initially prior to going out
