You get what you pay for
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was dated and the a/c unit was mangled but it worked. Definitely a no frills hotel. Very close to hospital so everytime an ambulance went through you heard it. Also on a very busy intersection. If you want a quiet hotel this is not for you.

The carpet, walls and curtains are old and wore off. The door is not completely close tide. The hall way has a odor smell like dogs peep and it is so noisy in the middle of the night when people talks it can be heard clearly.

Dirty
The room itself was OK, but everything else was not. At least take out the trash from the trash bins in the hallway. The hallways were disgusting. The overall rent should be closer to five not above six.

Locked my door.
This place needs an update badly. Furniture looked old, towels were somewhat thin, but it seemed to clean enough. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was a domestic disturbance out front, which was disconcerting. Eventually, the police came, and took guy away in handcuffs. Made me question my safety.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Tiles missing from the ceiling, roof leaking rain into a bucket in the hall, toilet wabbled, no toilet paper, literally half the buttons on the phone were just missing, the entire hall reeked of heavy cigarette usage even though it said no smoking, the halls smelled of weed, people were smoking weed outside when we went on a smoke break, terrible service and they did nothing about the issues whatsoever.

Well, the price was good...
Unfortunately this wasn't that great of a stay, but the price was right. When we first checked in, there was about 4 squares of toilet paper left and no spare roll anywhere in the room. We were unable to reach anyone at the front desk via the phone, but didn't feel like leaving the room as thankfully we weren't needing it. When I put the lid down however, there were what appeared to be a few pubic hairs. The heater ran ok for a few minutes and then it started screaming like a banshee. Unfortunately I don't think we will be going back.

Nasty
I would have slept in my car over this please. Immediately i smelled mold, my room was apparently not ment to be rented out see pictures. Bed old and out dated, floor trim falling off, tv missing, put into another room that i was afraid to take my shoes off in.

Awesome
When we got to our room it looked like they were remodeling it but it wasn't bad and when we went to check out they asked us about it and told us the girl that checked us in didn't know about it so they gave us a free night this is the only hotel we use and now I know why they are awesome

Hotel was so dirty and nothing worked. Burnt myself on the coffee maker bc there was no where to plug it in but the bathroom.

Not ideal, but warm.
First room offered had damaged door lock, upper lock was broken. Second room offered the floor had not been cleaned, bags and trash all over the floor and shoved under the beds. Bathtub was the only clean item, it was very slick. I wiped this whole room down with sani-wipes and used gloves to clean the floor. Loud environment, banging on walls and yelling in the hallway. I was stuck in a snow storm and a first responder - so warm was the only option. Front desk staff had a bit of attitude when I asked for a room that would lock. I was followed around the parking lot twice by a male asking to stay with me. The main entry door to the hallway of rooms would not secure, and was propped open by staff. I probably won't do this again, but it was fine for being stuck and being close to areas I needed.

Save Yourself the Disappointment and Discomfort
Highly do not recommend. The hotel is cheap, and in a good location, but those are the only two positives I have. Upon arrival, the hotel looks nice, modern lobby, but the second you go beyond the lobby you are greeted by a broken elevator and rotting wooden stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The hallways are separated by a steel door that holds the smell of mold and mildew that’s seeped into the carpet and walls. When my friend and I walked into our room, we noticed right away the falling down popcorn ceiling. Upon further inspection and trying to get settled, I noticed hairs on the pillowcase of a bed that had been made, but sheets unchanged. Their was also dog hair all over the carpets. In the bathroom, their were all sorts of mysterious stains, no practical cabinet space, and we found a roach crawling around on the floor. See pictured. Customer service was mediocre at best, as I fought to make reservation modifications to simply change the name when my weekend trip had already been paid in full. So, we knew bringing these concerns to the attention of the front desk wouldn’t do any good. Long story short, spend the extra $20-$30 per night and go somewhere decent.

Find some other place! ANY OTHER PLACE!!!
We got into room 223 to find 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 1 handtowel for 2 people for 2 days. The carpet was dirty and old, no place to hang anything and there was small trash everywhere that wasn’t open space and easy to vacuum, there was patchwork in the bathroom and other issues and too top it off, no heat or air!. We got moved to 227 where it was only slightly better and we were afraid to shower due to smudges on the wall there. We opened the fridge that had so much ice build up in the freezer area that the door to it had no chance of closing and it caused the fridge door to be hard to close. My husband made the mistake of opening the microwave to find that something red had exploded inside (yes, it was on all 4 walls ans the ceiling as well as the floor) and quickly closed it. The heater worked, we found no evidence of bedbugs, and the white bedclothes were clean. We later went to a business basically across the street to find out that this hotel rents out by the week to drug pushers and other such people. Now you are probably wondering why we stayed! We arrived later in the evening and were tired and decided to stay till morning at which time we found a lovely place. My advice: don’t believe the pictures because they were taken 25 years ago and the filth has been there for at least 10! Sorry I don’t have pictures but I have a lovely 5 minute video!
