The food was good. With my VIP membership, I was supposed to get 180 pesos per stay but they wouldn’t give it to me. The beds are good. No refrigerator in the room. They need to replace the bathroom towels and update the showers in the bedroom/bath. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.

Well, hard to start with however, the place is nice. Well decorated center center in the city pretty good everything around. It was good outside. The problem was their mattresses are over 20 years old spring coming through slouch no comfort, especially if you’re a little bit heavy or not a very small person. It’s not you know it’s not comfortable. They had to change room because like I said the bed is over 20 years old they could do a renovation which I believe is if I had to classified it’s even lower than Motel six as far as the beds are concerned everything else is OK.

Not all the room had coffee maker, the hand face towels are too large. It was very noisy at night with people in the hallways. Breakfast was good. Security doesn’t respond upon requests. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only one card key given. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

This is my culture to place when I’m in Mexico. Everything was good except their breakfast buffet. The kitchen staff is not courteous. They are not friendly. They I’ll have brown on their faces.
