    Overall good stay and very good value for money, I had asked for a room with no bedding feathers as I'm allergic before I arrived. When I arrived at 1.15am the bedding had not been changed and took till 2.00am in total to get it changed (bit annoying that time in the morning) - the duty manager did offer me a free drink though to cover the waiting time

    It is the only hotel I have ever want to return to
    It is the only hotel I have ever want to return to! I have been to many countries and stayed in many hotels, I always book 4 or 5-star hotels, but nothing has ever compared to this! The Location is wonderful, the restaurants has fabulous food, the staff are extremely friendly. The Rooms are wonderful, I have never stay ed anywhere that compares to this. will definitely be staying at the Radisson BLu for our next trip.

    Hello , The hotel is in a great location, the staff at the hotel were kind and pleasant Breakfast was very good Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the pool is closed and inactive, which is the main reason I chose to stay at this hotel. Very disappointed that you did not inform me that I had the option to cancel the reservation and explore another option. As I mentioned, I arrived at a hotel with the family and it greatly ruined the hospitality experience
