Staff on arrival or during stay were very helpful and related well with guests. A spacious, clean room, easy parking and well positioned. The Bistro, Sports Bar and restaurant were close by with plenty of choices. Noisey in the evening as it is very popular with locals and tourist alike. Worth booking a table for meals to avoid inconvenience.

Great place to stay. Centrally located. Room was clean and a good size. Was a bit noisy when the band was playing in the pub but didn’t stop us from sleeping. Had a great breakfast and dinner. Would happily stay there again

Fantastic location and so spacious! We travelled with our toddler, and stayed in the premium 2 bedroom suite. It was huge! The bedrooms were massive with loads of clothing storage, great big living room with wood fire, big tv, and kitchenette. We asked for a microwave which was no problems! The furniture is a little dated and rough around the edges, but that is reflected in the pricing. The location is perfect for travel throughout the valley, and we loved being able to walk over for lunch or dinner. We were staying for a wedding and it was so easy to get to and from the venue. The gardens are gorgeous, hats off to the team who maintain them. The pool looked amazing but we didn't use it.

Harrigans Hotel was fantastic! Great room, great location and easy to work your day around. The pub meals were well done. Unfortunately, reception at Mercure to collect key and when speaking on the phone to Amarn, my experience was not good. Abrupt, short and could not explain why the situation occured.
