The staff were friendly and the property was clean, if a little tired. Lighting in the bedroom was dim and we fed back that brighter lights would be helpful. The hotel advertises an extensive and varied menu, however the quality of the food was very underwhelming. We gave up and went to other restaurants.

Perfect for me
The hotel was quiet for my 4 night stay, so I got lots of attention. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fab too. I will definitely return here at som future date, especially as its close to the Airport. Ohh and the Liberation beer on tap was excellent.

This is a quirky hotel which may not suit everyone. I am more than happy to stay here as it is convenient and has easy access by bus to the airport. The place could do with updating but the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. When I travel to Guernsey this is my hotel of choice

Very little communication at check-in or afterwards. Room very clean and bathtub nice. Couldn't get kettle to work. Restaurant on site with good food. Well connected by bus but far away from city centre. Beautiful beach, Petit Bot, and Little Chapel within walking distance. Pricey for location.

Very tired and run down. Really poor internet and poorly maintained, but breakfast was enjoyable and overall was a restful nights sleep. Just needs a bit of a face lift and some fresh vigor! Could have done with an iron and ironing board as well, and carpets i think could have done with a good deep clean!
