Poor bedding and no heating!
The first room bedding was horrible, with springs coming out of the mattress. Thankfully, I was offered a new room with better bedding. Unfortunately, the heating in the second room did not work, even on Maximum, the room was very cold. Overall the hotel needs definitely renovation inside the building. Otherwise, location and price are great.

Great location, right next to the Viru Gate. Easy walking access to Old Town. Room was comfortable. Was surprised to find ear plugs amongst the provided toiletries and then realized why. On Friday and Saturday nights, there is definitely noise from festivities (usual bar crowd) outside. It's not overbearing but definitely noticeable. Did not have the noise Thursday and Sunday nights. Would recommend staying here despite noise.

Nice hotel located just inside the old city walls, with large rooms, maybe slightly dated, but exceptional value for money. Friendly staff, and a great bakery/cafe underneath called Rukis which did great breakfasts. Would definitely stay again

The city center - a great stay in the vicinity of dining, shopping, and old town places. The room I received was rather small, but okay for a night or two. The bed was comfortable and clean. The rug and the floor covers looked dated and ready to be replaced. The staff was courteous and helpful.

An excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Check in was hassle free and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and good options. The only two issues I had with the hotel was the lack of air conditioning in the room which meant I had to attempt to sleep with the windows open which meant a considerable amount of noise from the street from bars and late night revellers. Had my stay been longer I would probably have requested a room elsewhere in the hotel. All in all the hotel was a reasonable price and was located perfectly for exploring the city.

Starting with the good point(s), it is the location, but hard to find eny other good point. If you are in a old town, you expect to have some kinf of view from you window, not just opposite wall. Typical budget concept, if you e.g. book breakfast with reservation, it is decent price, but if you want on the spot, it is almost double etc etc extras...

Excellent location in the old city. Perfect for exploring. 3 quick notes first if you are not used to bright sun between 4am - 12pm to blinds will not keep the room dark - easily rectified by use of an eye mask, second only one small elevator - be ready to wait or be happy to take the stairs some times, third you’ll have to walk a bit for food that isn’t in the tourist area - again only a problem if you choose it to be
