客室の清潔さについては概ね満足しています。空調も自分で温度調整ができ、快適でした。また、事前にお願いした宅配便の荷物も受け取っていただき、大変助かりました。 一方で、改善していただければと思う点が2点あります。 1点目は客室清掃の開始時間です。午前9時頃からチェックアウト済みの客室の清掃が始まっていましたが、廊下や周囲の音が伝わりやすい客室のため、清掃の音が気になり、チェックアウト時間の午前10時までゆっくり休むことができませんでした。可能であれば、本格な清掃は午前10時以降に行っていただけるとありがたいです。 2点目は客室の割り当てです。予約時に静かな客室を希望し、できれば高層階の端など周囲の音が気になりにくい部屋をお願いしていました。しかし2泊目は、隣室の若い観光客が深夜3時を過ぎても大きな声で会話したり笑ったりしており、かなり気になりました。中国語で話していることがはっきり分かり、もし中国語が分かれば会話の内容まで聞き取れるのではないかと思うほど明瞭に聞こえました。 宿泊客の行動をホテル側ですべて管理することが難しいのは理解しています。ただ、今回は事前に静かな客室を希望していたため、団体・グループ客の少ないフロアや端の客室など、もう少し配慮していただければありがたかったです。 客室やスタッフの対応には概ね満足しているだけに、この点は残念でした。今後、静かな客室を希望する宿泊客への部屋の割り当てについ で、改めてご検討いただければと思います

全体的に清潔感がなく、正直かなり残念でした。 部屋はきちんと清掃されていないように感じ、ところどころにホコリや汚れが目立ち、滞在中とても不快でした。 宿泊施設として最低限の清潔さは保たれていると思っていましたが、期待を大きく下回りました。設備についても写真から想像していたものとは違い、快適に過ごすことができませんでした。 これまで利用した宿泊施設の中でも満足度はかなり低く、特に清潔さを重視する方にはおすすめできません。もう一度利用したいとは思いません。

ロングステイでの利用でした 値段以上の広さと快適さがありました 駅ちかで、地下鉄もバスも利便性が良かった ビールサーバーもあり、嬉しい限りでした シャワートイレが少し変わってたし、蓋がすぐに閉まってしまうのが少し使いずらかった あと、スマートテレビなんですが、前の方のアカウントが解除出来ず、少し難義しました 忘れずにログアウトする事に注意が必須です
