Parking was completely full and hard to navigate due to nearby construction. The receptionist was not helpful at all and had noticeably rude manners. Overall, a frustrating experience from the moment I arrived.

Rooms look nothing like the photos, and were dirty. There is construction on the road outside the hotel so it is inaccessible by car. By food, the sidewalk is gravel so it’s impossible to wheel your luggage. Woman at front desk was not at all friendly.

Logement lumineux propre et confortable bien insonorisé. Bonne literie. Tout peut se faire à pied commerces , vielle ville ,promenade des Anglais et gare si non il y a le tramway tout proche. Great for convenience

Off peak stay for one week was great value overall. The room is quite big, kitchenette, sink, kettle, refrigerator and hob. En-suite adequate. Plenty of room in wardrobe with lots of hangers. Air conditioning and a small balcony. The location is perfect, 6 mins walk to Garibaldi (L2) tram station, which goes directly to airport. Also, 12+ bus stops right outside.
