DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
A terrible experience. Walls had uncleaned liquid spills, fabrics were stained, dirt/filth on sheets. Radiator repeatedly made a click sound - every other second - that made it impossible to sleep.
When we spoke to the General Manager, Gabriel, he apologized and said that if we reached out to Hotels.com about a refund, he would authorize it. Based on his word, we quickly checked-out and moved to a new hotel.
When Hotels.com reached out to the Lux 57 about a refund, they did not respond which, per Hotels.com, equates to a refund denial. I spoke to the AGM, and multiple front desk attendants and none were able to resolve the issue. I left messages and sent emails, but never received a response from the GM.
Gross room and deceitful service.
