We moved to this hotel because we had a terrible experience at our first place. It was so refreshing to have a nice receptionist to greet us. Centrally located with parking. Everyone except 1 staff member was very nice. Close to the trains and local shopping and dinning.

This is an average Hotel in this town, rooms average to small, if you are lucky to be in upper floors you may have a view, terrible the transportation situation in La Spezia (Hotel not involved) the location is very simple no much to do around. We used for a quick stay and it was exactly for that purpose.

The property is very nicely located, next to shops restaurants and can take bus nearby to La Spezia Central. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff were very polite. The only reason for the 3 stars is the AC barely worked, kept the temperature in the room at 76 F, when I called they sent maintenance and was told it was working. The second reason was the bed was very uncomfortable, kept making a loud squeaking sound anytime you turned.

Top notch service! The customer service provided by Simona was perfect. We had a very early checkout which required a ride to the train station and she made the arrangements on our behalf. The room was clean and modern (both robes and slippers were provided). The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered everything from fresh fruits and pastries to pancakes and bacon and eggs. I only wished we could have stayed longer.
