The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.

Liked the size of the room, bed is a bit small. Bathroom smell like cat piss, the aircondition was not working at all. Fire alarm started going off randomly. There is no air flow since you can’t open the window, felt like I was being choked and everything was stinky and I got extremely sweaty. Liked the location tho but the elevator was not working most of the time. Towels smelled like they haven’t been cleaned for the past 13 guests. Not coming back sorry

- Gute Lage an mehreren U-Bahnlinien - Geschäfte/Supermärkte in der direkten Umgebung - gute Schallisolation: trotz der Lage an 2 gut befahrenen Straßen war innen nichts vom Straßenlärm zu hören - keine tgl. Zimmerreinigung, sondern nur nach eigener (kostenloser) Buchung an der Rezeption - Es gab Hafer- und Sojamilch am Frühstücksbuffet - gute Verdunklungsvorhänge - große Ablagemöglichkeit in der geräumigen Dusche (allerdings hätte sie mal von Kalkflecken gereinigt werden können) Negativ dagegen war: - nur einer der beiden Aufzüge war in Betrieb, ebenso nur einer der beiden Kaffeeautomaten am Frühstücksbuffet - das kostenlose Internet ist ziemlich lahm - im Bad fiel gleich bei der ersten Berührung der Handtuchhalter von der Wand, was ich wenige Minuten später an der Rezeption gemeldet hatte und wofür eine Reparatur für den Folgetag versprochen wurde. Leider wurde diese genauso wenig durchgeführt, wie im Anschluss an die gebuchte Zimmerreinigung (dafür hatte ich extra einen Hinweiszettel daran befestigt. Würde gerne mal wissen, ob der beim nächsten Gast immer noch dort hängt) - ans Frühstück muss man sich gewöhnen: wenn man nichts gebratenes isst, bleiben einem nur süße Sachen (Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Muffins) N
