Thank you to all the incredible staff for making our stay so special. We stayed on the 20th floor with club lounge access on the 21st floor. The lounge access and the full breakfast were excellent value and the views from our room of Tokyo Tower were incredible. We will definitely return.

The Pros: amazing staff, convenient location, nice building and rooms. Great experience overall however… The Cons: can hear all trains rumbling by at all hours of the day and night no matter which side of the hotel or how high up. Definitely need better soundproofing from outside (soundproofing between rooms is great though).

We were very impressed with this hotel. It was in a convenient location for us. We booked the premium room which included breakfast and lounge access. The room was good size and very comfortable. The staff were amazing. Very polite and professional. The only issue was our room faced the train tracks and I believe there was 9 different lines. But the view was great. We would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.
