Room was overall clean. However, toilet seat was peeling. Bathroom sink had a crack in it. Staff. We arrived around 10:00 PM and staff do not go out of her way to greet us. Also, thought because we are Hilton Honor members we usually get water but it wasn't offered.

Staff at the hotel were nice, main areas are presentable but the rooms were not cleaned to basic standards. Hotel is located in an area with many stores and easy access to the highway.

The in-room AC units are extremely loud when they kick on and while they're running. In fact they are so loud that you literally awake every time. The staff graciously provided two bottles of water for each person checking in which was a nice amenity. Parking was ample and the facility overall was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Welcoming and nice customer service. I appreciate the fact that I was offered a small bag with 3 water bottles when I checked in. It's still pricy though.

The breakfast was very good. Despite the dated look of the breakfast room the food was really very good. The eggs, bacon and potatoes were cooked to order and made with care. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us terrific service. It was a very pleasant experience with tasty food and hot delicious coffee.
