Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for my particular trip which needed an early check in and check out - they went out of their way to make sure I had a room cleaned and ready very quickly and gave me instructions on how to check out at a very unusual time. All I can say is that a lot of Hotel staffs could learn a lot from this staff how to make customers feel welcome!! Plenty of storage- plenty of Hot Water - AC worked well as did the appliances!!!

The hotel is in a great part of Cookeville! It’s right off I-40 and super close to tons of shops and restaurants! The bed was not our favorite, but it was clean. The staff was pleasant and kind and accommodating. If I need to stay in Cookeville again with our dogs, I’d consider staying here.

I enjoyed my stay here, you cannot beat the price for the quality! The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean! The only thing I didn't like was my shower's soap holder was broken off, which I could see potentially being harmful in case of a fall while showering. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine And that should just be a problem in one room! I would definitely stay again!

Extremely nice esp. for the price. Roomy, and a real sink for the kitchenette with a removable spray. And a real “fuller” size refrigerator. Very quiet. Very clean. Staff including housekeeping were friendly and great. Don’t be dissuaded bc some of the doors need a new paint job. (Always sand the surface before you paint as it gives a proper base for the paint to adhere to.)

Just driving up to our room all the tenants were outside staring at us go by. I know you can't control the tenants there, but as girls traveling alone we didnt feel safe going to our car alone. Very loud noises in the morning that didn't let us sleep past 6am and our towels had stains on them. The front desk staff was nice though.
