Great location for travelling to alps. Lovely pool. Spacious and warm rooms with spacious bathrooms. We had the valentine dinner which was fine, but just took 3 hours ! Great entertainment- reminded us of Fawlty Towers a little.when tap turned to hot goes boiling and burned my fingers. Pool showers when hot hardly any water pressure

This hotel is clean and convenient, and we use it to stop off between the UK and the Alps. This visit we weren’t given the gate code by the receptionist so had issues getting back into the property which caused inconvenience.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, booked as a stopover coming home from Provence. Set in the countryside with a large lake just a few minutes walk from the rear of the property. Easy parking. Restaurant and bar on site but very nice restaurant Belvédère overlooking the lake 5 mins away which we ate at, or other options in the village. Rooms are lodge style, no frills but comfortable and spacious, good shower, plus a kettle and small patio with table and chairs. Didn’t have time to try the indoor pool but it looked good. Friendly staff explained everything on arrival. Breakfast was cold continental buffet style. Peaceful setting. Overall a good stay.

Not what we expected - a very nice collection of rooms in small houses in nicely kept grounds. Close to the lake - access through a gate and walk for about 300m. Excellent restaurant

Very easy check in, lovely grounds The pool area with jacuzzi and sauna was very clean, relaxing and enjoyable. It was not very busy. Our flat was very comfortable and quite spaceous. The beds and bedding were very confortable There was a little kettle with 2 instant coffee in a room of 4 (3adullts), it would have been nice to have at least a coffee each. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend the place

Decent property but make sure to arrive in season otherwise it’s seriously quiet. We have kids and there wasn’t much going on. Facilities are pretty good. Bit of an abrupt chef in the morning. Receptionists and maintenance team were friendly. Rooms are okay.

The restaurant only offered à ‘Plat du jour’ menu with no alternative. This wasn’t very helpful as I am a vegetarian. We had to drive some distance to find a restaurant that was open. The pool was nice, but everything else was a bit shabby.

This is a decent value hotel for an overnight or short stay, especially, I think,if you have children. Although ours have long since flown the nest, there were plenty of families staying. The indoor swimming pool and small play area were popular with children. It's a complex, rather than a one building hotel, with small chalets containing a couple of rooms. Our room, for two people was fine for us. Not very big, but had a comfortable bed, and wet room with a decent shower. The room was impeccably clean. We did have breakfast on one occasion. A typical continental one, costing 11 euros. The hotel is close to the lake and beach, which again, is ideal for children.

Overnight stay en route to the Pyrenees , The hotel consists of small bungalow type rooms grouped around a restaurant/reception area . The room was basic but very clean. Scandi style decor .The room had a concrete area with table and two chairs outside .We had informed reception in advance that we would arrive late. Keys were left in a safe box . After checking in we decided to go for a walk .The lake setting was the reason for choosing this hotel .The access to the lake seemed to be across the adjacent motor home parking area .Signposting was poor and the gate which may have led to access was locked. There were no instructions on how to gain access, so we returned to our room. There were no instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi, no password displayed .This was disappointing , as my husband needed to read work emails . Reception was closed and the restaurant staff could not offer advice , No menus for breakfast were displayed but when I asked the staff what was available for breakfast they shrugged their shoulders. They just.told me that it would cost fifteen euros each . Without more information ,we chose not to bother, My husband is a diabetic and needs to be sure that things are suitable , We left early ,as we had a long journey ahead , We would not choose to return to this establishment .

The restaurant menu was different from the one online, which I had previously emailed to confirm was correct. We also had to book a table in advance, which we did, two days before our visit. The online version of the menu had 5 starters and 4 desserts. Only two starters were available: one we couldn't eat due to our dietary requirements. The other, which we had, was incredibly rich and not really to our taste. The main course was limited. The two choices we would have preferred were unavailable. The option we chose (cod) was barely edible. The fish didn't taste fresh and was over-cooked. The vegetables were also not fresh: either frozen or out of a can. There were 2 choices for dessert, only one from the online menu. I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, my order was taken but I was then told that they only had sweet white wine. They had no draft beer. This was more like Butlins than a restaurant in France. I expected better, especially as the meal was not cheap. The rooms are in little chalets spread around the site which is pleasant enough with grass, surrounded by trees. The bedroom was small but clean and did have a fridge and a kettle. It had a cold tiled floor in bedroom, so it's advisable to bring slippers or flip flops to avoid cold feet. The wet room water from the shower leaked into the bedroom. The floor in the wet room is clearly not engineered correctly to drain properly. I had to wait to check out as the receptionist was away from reception.
