We stay here four times a year when traveling to Colorado to see family. We have always had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Staff has always been great! When we stayed on Nov. 23,2024 there was an invasion of hundreds of noisy black birds in the trees. Definitely creepy and an uncomfortable feeling as well as scaring out dogs. We will call ahead next time to see if the birds are still there. If they are we will stay somewhere else.

The sheets were stained(not washed), and there was hair in the bed in between the sheets. I killed 2 flies and a spider in my bed. There was a loud clicking noise in the bathroom all night. The room had a terrible odor. Not a good experience.

Good stay but...
The hotel was clean but we got flies in our room which was so annoying. So much flies around even outside the hotel. Whatever cleanser or chemical housekeeping uses to clean the room was too overwhelming for my sensitive nose. Otherwise, bed and pillows are comfortable. Receptionist was friendly and nice.
