Overall a very disappointing stay, especially given the Radisson Blu name.
Upon check in, we were notified the hotel restaurant was closed, without prior warning of this. However, other guests were served food from the kitchens. Upon enquiring about this, only then were we informed food could be available upon request. Having not been told about this, it was very frustrating, especially considering the limited options for good quality, affordable restaurants in Spa.
Additionally, the air conditioning in our room did not function and made the evenings very uncomfortable.
Finally, the service from the bar staff was poor. A staff member was unable to make a hot chocolate as the milk steamer was broken. This is disappointing, especially since coffee machines were available in the bar which dispensed hot milk…
The experience of the hotel didn’t meet my expectations unfortunately and I would not recommend this to fellow travellers
