The staff were the kindest and most helpful people; they helped us carry our luggage into the hotel, stored our luggage until our room was ready, and brought them up to our room while we were out seeing the sights. The Honeymoon Suite was fantastic, it has a rooftop patio with virws of the Dom. It's close to everything, including a large bus interchange for going places outside of the center or reaching the hotel from the train station. Service was superb.

Clean room and hotel. Hot shower and heated floors in bathroom. Otherwise noise level was loud, earplugs are provided by hotel which is always a sign of the noise level, mostly internal hotel/ restaurant noise. Street was quiet. Room 100 on the ground floor not recomended.
