I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Was in the middle of downtown walking distance for food bars train. Hotel and staff was amazing hotel is clean and comfortable breakfast is amazing

We stood outside for 20 minutes running the buzzer to get in. We recorded our frustrating work that, and the staff member told us to go elsewhere and that he was canceling the reservation. We were left to find a new hotel at 1am. The room was prepaid, and we didn't greet our money back

Rooms were a little outdated, no water pressure in the shower. We booked because hotels.com said it was an 11 min walk to the Fiserv Forum and it was really 17. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Parking was confusing but not too bad of a price and able to go in and out as much as wanted.

The hotel and the room were great. Pool was a little small, but most hotels downtown don't have one anyway unless you want to pay by selling one of your organs. My only quibble was with the parking. Man, was it confusing. The entrance doesn't have the hotel name on it, and I guess I didn't understand the instructions on how to get in. But at least they HAVE parking, and they don't charge for it.
