For example, the reception staff Rasul and Mahmoud where truly outstanding. They were very competent, very professional, and very helpful. Every remember of the reception staff and the concierge staff we interacted with was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast staff was also truly outstanding. For example, Anuar was absolutely amazing in providing us professional and truly outstanding service. Everymember of the breakfast staff we interacted with was superb. The hotel location is absolutely great. The hotel staff spoiled us with their exceptional service. We are very grateful. The room had AC. My only complaint was the heated bathroom, I could not change the temperature no matter what button I clicked. It was always so hot in the bathroom & felt like a sauna."

"Loved this hotel. I really liked the delicious breakfast buffet, this was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets in Central Asia in my opinion. The hotel was in a good location, near restaurants and shops and the subway / metro wasn't too far away. I really liked the swimming pool and sauna and we were able to book a 50-minute private access to it each day. Definitely recommend this hotel!"
