"Room is dated. Bathroom with mold. TV screen is blurry. No smiles from any staff. Does not feel welcoming. Left after two nights."

"Beautiful property that takes you back in time to opulent 1920’s. Everything was perfect. Great location, right next to the Sapa station."

"Loved my stay at Lady Hill Sapa 🌿 The staff were incredibly sweet from check-in to the spa, and special shoutout to the bell boys for being so helpful and kind. The only downside was the food — very Western and just okay. Overall, the hospitality made the stay so memorable."

"Nice hotel. Recommend it"

"We really enjoyed staying at Stella De Boutique hotel. The location is great and walkable to lots of restaurants. The breakfast is good and their pho is even better than the pho you eat at the pho restaurant in Sapa. Every room is spacious with 2 queens that can easily fit up to 4 people."

"Very nice hotel, wonderful service with good food."

"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms. Kind staff. And very good breakfast."

"Our stay was OKish, prime location, satisfactory service and breakfast. The hotel went through a major renovation recently but rooms stayed rather small and the corridors extremely narrow. Only a few upper floors have mountains view. However, if the price is reasonable you can go and book it."

"The hotel had panoramic views throughout, over the valley, mountains and rice fields. Good amenities, amazing staff and great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for the masses. Which was a downside, there were masses. A LOT of people stay at this hotel and it seemed like it was always busy with buses coming and going all day. There is a tourist spot next door that also tends to block the driveway area. The top bar was best to get a quiet drink, with most people using lounge bar. Shopping is approximately 30 minute walk up hill the whole way. I believe there may be shuttle buses, but we never saw any and would have likely been full within seconds anyhow. Overall, a very nice place to stay, great staff, amazing views. "
