8/10 Very good

I had intended to use the fitness center, but there was an additional fee to use it which I did not like. Room was great, enjoyed all room amenities and staff was nice enough Location was great I liked the laundry tv watching channel so we could track the time on our washing machine. Nice feature Many good restaurants and shopping around, very close to station.

A great hotel to visit. The room, breakfast, building was great. The only thing that bother me is that as a silver member we are allowed free parking and I have to talk to three people to arrange that because parking is really expensive at that hotel. Other than that everything was great.

This hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff are amazing and helpful. There is a convenient Airport Limousine bus that runs between both major Tokyo airports (HND & NRT) and this hotel. Transfers to and from the airports were very easy. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
