Not what it used to be!
The St Regis in DC looks a bit tired and in need of a refresh these days…overpriced for room size and amenities

Property was very nice and the staff was superb. BUT….there was an event with a band and drums that was so loud it shook the room until 12 am. We had to rise early, so needless to say got little sleep.

Old and run down
Old. Said room was renovated but only the corridors. Room was old
TV not an internet TV. Couldn’t stream. TV channels incomplete and not even listed.
Adjoining room let in all the noise of other guests.
Should’ve stayed at a Courtyard Marriott

This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others.

Disappointed I stayed there
Absolutely not worth the price. The staff was rude and not what you’d expect from a saint Regis. There’s zero view from this hotel and considering the vast choices of actual luxury hotels in the area, you’re better off trying one of the other ones.
