Less than impressed.

Stayed here due to proximity to National Mall. The staff was not helpful, left me on hold when I called trying to find their parking deck, and understaffed, had people working two useless kiosk stations while people waited to pay for snacks and check in. Had little to no water pressure, toilets barely worked and our room backed right up to a train. Not a treat in the middle of the night or early morning. Restaurant on site was the only saving grace as the staff was super friendly and the food was delicious.
