The staff were all fantastic from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Everyone from the front desk reception to the restaurant staff were very helpful, always going above and beyond - the floating breakfast was also really nice. Everything was amazing, the staff, accommodation and the food. I must admit that Adiwanas staff were the absolute highlight. Sadly I didn't get everyone's name but the young ladies at the front desk were excellent. Vopi from the restaurant was one name I do remember and she was perfection. I don’t think I could’ve chose a better place to stay in Ubud.. The property is spotless and well maintained. The suites were beautiful and spacious, and the food was delicious! The hospitality at this location is impeccable! No request is too big or small and they offer a free photo shoot session with 1 free photo and a free shuttle to town and back (access to the restaurants and shopping). Trust me and book this place!

The best hotel of my life.
There are many hotels with better facilities, but it will be difficult to get such a service anywhere A really sincere response warms my heart. I was so touched by the staff for a short time.
