My boyfriend and I were in town for a UT game and it was good enough for a two night stay. Just don’t look too closely at the floors, or curtains, or walls. There was a mold spot in our bathroom. Overall, the bed was clean, the area was safe, the shower had hot water and the air conditioner worked (a little too well as it was 58 in our room all weekend). It was 10 minutes from the stadium so we were able to uber to and from. Moral of the story, it was fine to literally just sleep here two nights but we will never stay here again.

The hotel room was very renovated updated. The only think I didn't like was the shower, didn't have hot water, only warm water and the shower water pressure was not good neither. Also no breakfast. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

Pictures and description on the internet totally misrepresenting.. We travel pretty extensively and this was one of the biggest disappointments we've had.. not very clean, amenities were at the minimum..not very well maintained.."see pictures" sketchy part of town with a lot of stragglers.. we won't be visiting here again.. The staff was awesome and totally took care of everything that they could for us.. but the complex left us feeling unsafe and dissatisfied..

Not the greatest

Convenient location as it was close to the arena in which we were attending a concert for. The smell of marijuana was very very harsh in the lobby along with the rest of the public space in the hotel. The sheets were clean however the comforters were stained with what appeared to be an oil type of substance. The floor was not swept but could be overlooked. The surfaces were wiped down and semi clean. Would not stay again but for a one night stay it was an ok experience.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that will change at some point during a future stay.

This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport.
