8/10 Very good

I stayed at Hotel Linde last week (one night) as well as this week (three nights). The hotel is in a convenient location for local transport. The staff are amazing! I genuinely hope that they will do something about their WiFi - it reminded me of living in Malawi 20 years ago and spending literally hours to do something that should not have taken more than 15 minutes with good connection.

4/10 Fair

Our room was missing a bed side lamp, the shower was leaking water into the main room, parts of the floor were chipped, curtains were dirty, and the AC/Heater unit didn’t work. When we went to check out, the door to the reception was locked and we were forced to just drop our room key in a box. We never saw any staff during our stay other than when they barged into our room 45 minutes before checkout asking to clean it. Only reason I did not give it one star was the late check in (self check in) process was very easy and clearly laid out.
