10/10 Exceptional

Wonderful hotel less than a mile from Tokyo railway station, and with a walkway to the City airport coach terminal (T-CAT). All of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast food was of a very high standard - especially the individually prepared omelettes. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Would recommend if you have a few days in Tokyo.

This hotel is a five star gem. The hotel is dedicated to cleanliness and guest comfort. Staff is very professional and helpful. The breakfast menu offers a variety of delicious foods and juices. The room amenities were plentiful. The hotel is located near the train station, stores, and restaurants. My stay at this hotel was quite rewarding.

Wonderful staff throughout the hotel in every department. Room service and restaurants were excellent.

8/10 Very good

Nice rooms. The executive floor buffet is very unfriendly to vegans, however. For example, all of the breakfast breads have dairy. All of the evening sandwiches have meat.

We enjoyed eating in the downstairs informal restaurant and especially the one to one tempura restaurant..very special. Also, enjoyed afternoon wine/beer and appetizers in the Lounge with a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. Appreciated being next door to the TCAP and easy access to the metro.

10/10 Exceptional

Very convenient location, subway right under the hotel, making it in and out very easy. The club house on 20th floor offers great view of Tokyo city. There is a bus shuttle to both airports departing right next from the hotel.

8/10 Very good

Very close to the bus terminal where the airport shuttle dropped us off. A quiet area but also near downtown, Nihombashi, and Asakusa. Little far away from Shibuya/Shunjuku. Enough restaurants in the area to keep us fed.
