We booked room with 3 beds & was disappointed to learn 3rd bed is only a sofa bed but not too bad. Location was good, right next to city air terminal so easy to get to & from Haneda Airport. Near subway station so public transportation was easily accessible. Would consider starting next time we visit Tokyo.
