Pretty bad—ww had a confirmed reservation & had also requested a ground floor unit if possible (I had 7+ vein surgeries this past yr & stairs are somewhat difficult, of course! The Mgr told us several times that he didn’t know when our rooms would be ready, nor where they were located. Only 1 housekeeper had shown up that evacuation day due to Hurricane Milton. One of my sisters volunteered to help the housekeeper, Carolyn❤️, to help get our rooms ready—we had been waiting for over 4 hrs by that time!! PS our rooms were on the 2nd floor!!
The toilets belong in a kindergarten bathroom. The tv remote didn’t work, There was a desk, no chair, no tissue, the bathtub had a peeling bottom that hurt 2 step on, etc. Very frequently, the office door was locked & the 2 people running the place could be gone 15-20!
