Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are tiny, but we didn't mind. You can do laundry for free and they have drinks you can get any time outside of breakfast hours, also free. Very close to JR train station, so very easy to get around Tokyo from here. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace.

We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room.

Stayed here 2 times. All over great hotel. Location is perfect. Tabata station is compact size so you don't need to walk a lot to get to the hotel. The hill wasn't too bad. Room was tight as I expected and you can handle it. There was suitcase space under the bed. Shinkansen view was wonderful. My child kept watching them. 3rd floor was best view actually. You could see both local train and Shinkansen on your eye level. 7th floor you could see only Shinkansen. Thank you.

Everything was better than expected. The service , the staff and the rooms. Is small as you can expect of these kinds of hotels but is in a great neighborhood , clean and near a station.
