The staff speak English & are very professional & helpful with directions or any questions we presented. The lobby has complimentary water, coffee & variety of teas. The location is excellent. It's close to transport links, convenience stores and some great coffee shops (Roar Coffee). My room was spacious, clean and quiet so a 4 day stay didn't feel crampt or uncomfortable at all. I would definitely stay here again.
