Wonderful location! Easy to access with close food and store options which is always nice. A big parking lot which is free and a bonus breakfast in the morning!

We had a nice huge room with a jacuzzi tub in the corner - very romantic! The breakfast the next morning had lots of hot and cold choices for any appetite 😄 We went for the Tom Jones concert at Casino Windsor and it’s a very short, straight forward walk, about 10-15 minutes! It’s our go-to hotel now for future concerts 👍

Amazing staff at the front desk, clean rooms and the girl who does the breakfast in the morning is absolutely amazing 👏 thanks

6/10 Good

The staff at the desk helpful. The breakfast was good. Room was clean. But there was lots of noise from the drilling related to the hotel changing their locks on every room. The hotel had lots of refugees more than tourists and turning into a refugee hotel not a four star hotel. Across the street of hotel there is a soup kitchen (since December 2024).There were so many drug addicts just outside the hotel, we did not feel safe walking outside anytime of day.

Hotel is clean, however it looks really dated and a is in a slightly depressed area. The breakfast, especially the Banana nut bread is superb and makes everything better!

Property was great for the price point in Windsor instead of paying double or triple at the casino. Easy walking distance to the main strip plus the casino. Breakfast was great and the worker on staff was great the entire time we were dining.

Newer front desk staff. A bit long of a wait checking in and out. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The double room option was really nice. The outside of the hotel we felt quite uncomfortable with the kids with us. Being in a rougher part of town. Nice if you are just spending the night. Straight to the room and checking out the next day. Good price for the night. Breakfast was pretty good too

This hotel is the first I check for availability when travelling to Windsor. It is within walking distance to the downtown and water front. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast has everything you need to keep you full until lunch or supper.
