Nice room, very clean and conference room
Nice hotel in the middle of the commercial district of Zone 10. There are many nearby restaurants, hotels, and cafes nearby. The room was very spacious and was a very good value for the cost per night for the room. The lobby was rather small and a little dated, but the room was very spacious. The restaurant had an open air facing wall and waterfall feature which was quite interesting. The waterfall was loud and made the restaurant hard to hear others, especially if you were seated close to the waterfall. The breakfast buffet was well served and all you can eat. The service by the waiters was very attentive to any need. During the stay in January, there were a few tour groups. The conference room was very professional, clean, and modern. The conference service was outstanding. The audio visual technology worked well and the hotel assigned a technician to help troubleshoot.

Wonderful Hotel Stay
I had a wonderful time at the Clarion hotel Guatemala. The service was great. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Also, there was always hot water to take a shower which is very important for me. If I visit Guatemala again, I plan to stay in this hotel.

Service provided was good, can't complain. The one thing that could be better was the quality of food at the restaurant during our dinner, breakfast was excellent. Also there was confusion about the service time at the restaurant, the front desk indicated closing time was at 11:00 PM and restaurant staff told us 10:00 PM; that little confusion made us rush into the selection of our dishes

Fantastic hotel ! My favorite in Guatemala City!
The Clarion was my favorite hotel in Guatemala City ! Zona 10 is the best, most vibrant area of the city to me. The hotel is very nice and the staff is amazing ! Our suite was so spacious and very nice overall! The best was extra comfortable too. The only caveat is that we could hear outside as they have single glazed windows but overall is was fantastic!

Sin A/C
El A/C no funcionó nunca, lo revisaron 5 veces, lastimosamente la 1ra. Noche fue realmente incómoda y caliente, finalmente ya a las 9 de la noche de la 2da. Noche se compadecieron y nos cambiaron de habitación, fue una estancia con una reservación para piso ejecutivo que terminó en un piso normal y el trabajo de tener q cambiarnos de habitación aún y cuando tienen conocimiento q el a/c no funciona en esa habitación la asignaron porque tenían lleno el hotel. Lástima porque habíamos tenido buena experiencia hospedándonos anteriormente. Lo único que hicieron fue pedir disculpas y nada mas. Por favor no asignen una habitación de la q ya tienen conocimiento que no le funciona el A/C y menos si cobran como servicio de piso ejecutivo
