Room was clean but that was it. The hotel was filthy and I witnessed hookers coming and going from the hotel. Staff was friendly. Elevator was broken as well as all but two of the ice machines..

8/10 Very good

Room was very clean. Staff very nice. Gave us alot of info. What they didn’t tell us was there was a $100 deposit due. It would be nice if that Was on the website. Breakfast was waffles coffee and juice. Nothing special but perfect for kids.

My room was very clean my grand daughters room was not as clean plus it smelled like weed they said the pool was open but when we went their it was locked but the staff was super
Verified review

4/10 Fair

The room was pretty rough. Random stains on the wall. There was mildew on the ceiling of the shower the toilet would run every 10 minutes Stains on chairs. Blood stain on the pillow case. Room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. The smoke detector on the wall was gone and there were exposed wires. Elevator froze and locked me inside for 8 minutes and I almost called emergency services. Pool was green. Theres a sign at the front that says excuse our mess while we renovate but theres no one working on renovations. Highly recommend against staying here.

6/10 Good

Hotel is being renovated according to mgt, so check back with them. Pool is closed, game room is gone. Public areas are in very poor shape. Non working entrance doors, damage to walls and floor. Room itself was updatedn bed was very comfy. Room was spotless. Location was nice also. Honestly was worth the price compared to others in the area. Just check for updates before booking.

2/10 Poor

Place was not clean. There was roaches in the room. Hallways smell like humidity. They Never came to change sheets, trash cans or leave clean towels. Police was there twice. Pool was not open. Not a lot of options for breakfast.

4/10 Fair

The staff was nice but the overall hotel was nothing like it looked online. There were roaches in my room, the bed looked sat on and there were dirty socks behind the chair. I asked for another room but the front desk only offered bug spray. Breakfast was not all that great but it was there and the pool being closed was not mentioned online or at the front desk. Again most of the staff was nice and polite, I will not stay again

1st room assigned was uncleaned, sheets dirty, beard clippings in the bathroom sink, trash cans full, dirty towels. This is at 3 am, told the front desk it would be a late arrival. So, to show up exhausted from a 10 hr trip. Room was then changed. Better but hotel needs some updates. Positive was the breakfast it was fabulous!

Couldn’t sit on the bed. Made for someone 6’10” tall…totally stupid arrangement. Furniture was old, worn, & stained. Staff was accommodating & courteous. Some TVs don’t work, but bathroom was neat & clean . Didn’t have time for breakfast. In room coffee machine was excellent! HVAC was more than adequate.

staff is always pleasant. rooms are clean but the drains in the sinks always back up. i have reported it to management and the front desk but nothing happens. have stayed there many times as its not expensive. you get what you pay for but please fix the drains in the sinks.

considering it was a 55 dollar room i got what i paid for. The staff was great the room and hotel had some damage but wasnt the worst ive seen. the bed was comfortable and you couldnt hear much road noise which was nice. room was also spacious. the room did have evidence of roaches but i didnt see any live ones and no bed bugs thank god (i work in pest control i know what to look for). top blanket was pretty dirty and the couch was disgusting .water was hot and had good presssure.

Pro: Our room was acceptably clean, bed was comfortable. Cons: Unfriendly staff, pool closed, non-working ice machines, empty vending machines, TV didn't work, bedside lamp didn't work. Property just didn't look well maintained. It was ok for a one night stop but I wouldn't stay more than that and won't stay again.

Place was old but clean. Nearby area was ghetto. But worse of all was the broken gym and ice maker. They couldn’t be bothered to fix the equipment. The place was clean and I did appreciate that.
