The hotel is clean, quiet and well kept. The location is perfect, as it is connected to a mall, close to a famous shopping street outside the mall, and the train and subway stations. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We’ve stayed here several times through the years. The location for shopping is great! The hotel rooms are decent. The one thing that remains consistent is the staff is NOT friendly at all. First I thought maybe it’s the language barrier but we stayed at the hotel metropolitan Ikebukuro last year and the staff was so welcoming and friendly even though there was a language barrier. Maybe improve your customer service.

But when we check in, there was a person seems with some mental issues which reception staff well aware but they didn't stop him coming toward us until I scream at that person so he walk away. That is strange that why security not able to stop this person enter the area to disturb check in customer.
