It's was ok but not nice as I expected from a hotel like that. It was really noisy, the TV is small. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good.

Get a receipt before you leave
Awesome stay; minus the fact that they can’t send me a hotel receipt. Reception said their printer was broken and asked if they could email the receipt instead, which I agreed to. However, they never sent the receipt. After calling and asking for it five times as well as sending two separate emails requesting the receipt; still no receipt. Lesson learned: get the receipt before you leave.

Top situation with parking possibility.
Hotel situated Plaza Mayor with parking exit near the Hotel. (Best spaces in Parking reserved for hotel clients!) It would, however, be usefull if the client was informed by mail in advance of that parking possibility and the access thereto as no access to Plaza Mayor is allowed. The new restaurant of the Hotel is installed in the breakfast room. Not really cosy and service was not really professionnel. Nevertheless, an Hotel to be recommanded.
