Comfortable hotel and well positioned but felt like a ghost town. Hardly anyone there. Coffee facility in the room would have been nice but drinks in the minibar were included in the price.

Das Hotel ist ok. Schade, dass der dazugehörige Pub im Service sehr zu Wünschen übrig lässt. Hier ist kein TV mit Sport (CL) an, Livemusik gibt es überhaupt nicht mehr, die eigentliche Zapfanlage ist außer Betrieb. Zusammenfassend hier spart man sich zu Tode, dabei war das mal ein super Pub.

Die Unterkunft ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade die Bäder sind eher altmodisch mit Dusche in der Badewanne und das zieht sich eigentlich durch das ganze Hotel. Dann noch die Thematik, dass das Haus teilweise an Flüchtende vermietet wird sorgt dafür, dass einige Bereiche des Hotels nicht mehr für Gäste besuchbar sind u. das Haus dadurch zum Teil auch sehr verlassen wirkt. Großer Kontrast wenn man aus dem Musical kommt u. dann plötzlich alles geschlossen hat und man eigentlich nur noch rauf aufs Zimmer kann.

Wir haben ein Musical besucht und im Dormero geschlafen- Tolles Zimmer. Einziger Wermutstropfen. Sonntag morgens um ca. 8 Uhr ging der Feuermelder an. War eine Wartung. Am Sonntag morgen :-( Blöd.

Hotel mit großen Ambitionen, die bis auf die engagierten Mitarbeiter, nicht erfüllt wurden. Zimmer sind groß, erinnern allerdings an ein Krankenhaus. Kein Charme, keine Wärme. Heizung im Zimmer ging nicht, es wurde wortlos ein Lüfter bereit gestellt. Warum wird das Zimmer vermietet? Passend dazu ging der Fernseher nicht, WLAN auch nicht. Möbel abgewohnt. Dieses Hotel war bereits vor 10 Jahren renovierungsbedürftig. Ein Detail zeigt dies sehr deutlich: die Löffel zum Frühstück sind sogenannte "Soßenlöffel", die ich 1983 im Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten und während meiner Ausbildung in einer Hotelfachschule zuletzt gesehen habe. Wer hat diese ausgegraben? Für ein Müsli zu flach. Normale Löffel gab es nicht. Hier wird aus Altmetall Geld gemacht.
