I’m sickened by this hotel!! Do not book! We showed up to this hotel and it was abandoned and the water park was closed. No one was there. I contacted hotels.com and still haven’t got my money back!! And it’s been weeks since anyone has contacted me either.

Just a note on the door…
We pulled up to an empty parking lot with a sign that read they were closed for renovations. No advanced warning, no email, no phone call. Just a note on the door. Typically renovations are planned so this took me by surprise when there were no issues taking my money and even sending an email about the water park passes being an additional cost and I should reserve them early!! 🙄

Definitely not a place for kids nor family oriented. Waited an hour to check in, place wasn’t clean, window shoot out. Go to my room and had people inside not to mention being loud. Definitely waiting to get my refund…

Everything was dirty it was super hot in the room because the AC didn’t work right and was super dusty. I’ve never been able to get a hold of the front desk for my personal phone or from the N room phone. Just overall trash would never stay here again

Advertising a water park, and the water park is closed indefinitely. Very dirty and questionable people hanging out inside and out.

Knock this place down!
I think this place is on the verge of being demolished. The exterior has been in neglect for months, weeds growing everywhere. The front desk has no signage, and the staff helps when they feel like it. They also don't wear any type of uniform or matching shirts to tell who the staff is. Everything was dirty, stained or needing repair. My shower head sprayed out and up onto the wall/ceiling, causing water damage and or mold. The wall sockets showed damage, and the chair at the desk in the room had holes in it and the pleather had been peeling off for quite some time. All night long, other residents were occupying the hallways, being loud and using foul language, with no reprimand from hotel staff. In the morning, there were numerous ceiling tiles missing in the hallway, and bare wires dangling from an exit sign!

Stay away!! Do not book!
Stay away! July 9 2021! This is a set up to get your money it’s not worth $340 for two nights!. We were under the impression the water was open when we reserved the room! We get there to check in and the original check in location was closed. So we followed the signs to the back of the other building to the other check in and there were two young men I’m guessing between 18-20 sitting in street clothes at the check in with no care in the world for customers service!! They were laughing and saying the entire place was going to be demolished and that the water park was closed!! We get to our room and look down and the entire floor is covered with stains (look at the attached pictures) between the bed and wall there was definitely a spot where someone had vomited!!! To top it off there was still a big gulp drink from a gas station still full sitting on the dresser!!! At this point I thought I was in a twilight zone and that there’s no way this is real!! I bring the big gulp down stairs and tell them this is unreal, there’s no way this is really happening! They asked me if I wanted to cancel my room and this is at 9:30pm. I don’t have many options so I asked for another room. The next wasn’t as bad but still gross stains on floor and dirty. We left and stayed at the holiday inn down the street!!

Unacceptable hotel stay
We were in vacation and purchased our one night stay so that our kids could swim at the water park. The water park was the main picture on the advertisement. Awhile after we made the purchase, we got an email saying that the water park tickets may need to be purchased at the hotel. Then, we got to the hotel, which was very old and run down and dirty, and they said the water park is permanently closed and the hotel was closing the next morning…the day we checked out. We had no electricity the entire stay, it went out 15 minutes after we got there and didn’t come back until the next day as we were leaving. We spent around $250 and were extremely disappointing in this hotel.

It seemed we had to make different passes for the water resort. The staff send me a reply after I had booked it, saying that the water park was not covered in the charges. They were courteous. However the prices without the water park at $ 180 per night, seemed close to price gouging. The corridors were stinky, and after haivng paid that price, the place did not seem worth it. It should be delisted and the employees should be given like 1 to 2 years salary to fidn a job.

We arrived and found out the waterpark is closed and the hotel is being demolished soon. The hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. Nothing is being maintained anymore, everything is dirty and trashed. AWFUL.

This place is no longer open, there were 3 men at the front part of the hotel, I felt very uncomfortable, when I asked when is the water park open one of the guys said oh it will not be open any more they are tearing the place down. Okay, also asked if they had a pool. The guy said no but the hotel across the street does we can see if they let you guys in. Another red flag was that one guy that checked us in had our keys to our room and went into the room were we were going to say and that seemed very off. We walked out let my husband know what had happened he went back in and the guy that went into the room that we were suppose to stay in was not at the front desk anymore. Had to find a different hotel to stay at midnight with my family. Cancel our reservation and went had to fight with them to give us our money back.
