"Great!"
Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman by IHG
"We loved the hotel. The rooms were new and the mattress/pillow were great. The restaurants were amazing - no need to leave the hotel, the food options were fantastic! Highlight of our trip was the Bonny Moon beach club. It had so much personality … I felt like I was in a movie. We will be back."
Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach
"Loved every bit of it! Can’t wait to come back. Once the Marriott construction is over"

"Clean room, polite stuff."
Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa by IHG
"Excellent stay!! We loved our stay at this hotel. Hotel is beautiful, very clean. Beautiful lobby , great pool , on the beach. Excellent staff: very professional, warm and accommodating.. upon arrival , one of the members greeted us with Prosecco and punch for the children and showed us around the hotel. we arrived early and gave us an upgrade! The lobby is modern and updated - very tall ceilings throughout . decorated beautifully with paintings from a studio that is housed in the lower level. They offer a complimentary coffee bar for guests in the morning and a wine happy hour and live music in the evening - and include juice boxes for families with children. The ocean front room we had was very spacious, immaculate, tall ceilings .Beds were very comfortable .. I didn’t get to use the spa but it looked really nice . They had several restaurants on property that were very good, and also a gourmet market in the lobby that offered coffee, baked goods and amazing pastries and drinks. Our turn down service included individually wrapped freshly baked shortbread cookies that were delicious ! The valet staff brought our car up with cold waters each time. We had a great stay and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel for a wonderful stay while in Grand Cayman."

"Excellent customer service"
The Reef Beach Resort - All Inclusive - East End, Grand Cayman
"This property is very pretty, but what really makes it is the staff. We stayed for 7 nights and did the all inclusive package. The all inclusive food is fantastic, but something to consider is that they will offer an upgrade package upon arrival (not advertised elsewhere) for certain things such as steak since importing food is very expensive. If you don’t end up upgrading packages, the other food options for the all inclusive are ALL incredible. Very very amazing staff. The concierge staff like Paul, the bar staff like Tony and Christian, are so incredibly friendly and easy to talk with, the wait staff such as Gabriella was also amazing. The manager, Lawrence, went above and beyond for us as well, reassuring us and educating us on the state of the ocean when we arrived. When we arrived, sadly, the property was suffering from an excessive amount of Sargassum, which leaves a rotten smell in the air. The hotel does its very best to clean this twice a day and removes it from the shores, however, it unfortunately made the water at the resort unsuitable for swim which was a bummer since the photos show crystal blue water. Of course, this is not within the resorts control and they do the best they can working around it and cleaning it up. We recommend renting a car if you stay here, because although the resort offers a number of activities and excursions that leave or take place directly at the resort, the best beaches are on the west side of the island about an hour out!"
The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
"We had a great time at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. It’s an amazing resort for families with kids! The staff was lovely, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The property is beautiful. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!"
