The Bosphorus was a lovely place to stay. The staff were very helpful, always friendly. We stayed in the deluxe room which was lovely, big and very clean. Only took 15 to 20 minutes to walk into town, or make use of the tram that ran by outside. The restaurant/bar at the top of the hotel was lovely looking out over Istanbul and the river flowing through. Pretty at night all lit up. The hotel was opposite where the cruise liners park up overnight. The only downside to our stay was the roadworks outside. One night there was also drilling at 2am. I'm sure this won't be ongoing, just while they complete their roadworks.

This is my second time spending holidays at this property. I enjoy the All-Inclusive, and the views to the sea are amazing. The property could benefit from some renovations. The A/C in our room was not cooling property and the temperatures outside were 37 Celsius. It is very convenient for visiting the Ancient City of Ephesus and Virgin Mary’s House.

Absolutely avoid this hotel
Our recent stay at your hotel was unfortunately marred by a series of unpleasant experiences. The receptionist we encountered was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. To our dismay, he assigned us a room with a view of a useless hallway (totally ridiculous). When we requested a different room, hoping for a more enjoyable stay, we were offered a room with a basement window. Needless to say, this felt incredibly claustrophobic and significantly impacted our comfort level. This entire experience was quite disappointing and left us feeling frustrated. We would appreciate it if you could address this issue with the staff and offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience
