We had a fantastic stay at Aira Sapa. The staff are so friendly and willing to help. The property is far enough away from the hustle bustle but still a really quick walk into town. Breakfast was great and we also had a delicious dinner there too. The hotel has a laundry service which is so useful after trekking and the clothes came back smelling great (all folded neatly too). Highly recommend the hotel and Sapa to all :)

The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Loved the mountain view from the balcony! Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel staff were professional, personable and attentive. They were extremely responsive when I requested sliced lemon, honey and tea to soothe my sore throat. Complimentary bottled water really helps to settle in quickly. Hotel was away from the center but within 10 mins walking distance from the center. Electric cars are convenient to get around town. Area for improvement-reduce the amount of fabric softener for laundry service.
