Reception staff couldn't care less if you are there waiting or not. To be fair, some of the ladies were friendly enough but you always remember the ones who ignored you or treated you badly. I was given a room facing the main road. It felt it had no windows and the noise was just too loud. I tried to get another room as we would be staying over there for 5 nights. The lady behind the reception just gave me a "no" without even looking up. Later that day when we came back and I spoke to the manager, he kindly changed our rooms to a quieter area. There are some other types of noise as well. I won't go into too much detail but the walls are very thin and this hotel is known for its hourly rates for couples. Breakfast was ok and breakfast staff were friendly but they do not listen, no matter how many times you tell them that you do not want cheese on your dish.

We had to book this hotel due to a cancellation of our other booking, and it was not our first choice. Our original room was very noisy facing a busy intersection on the 1st floor. They moved us to another room off of the street which was slightly quieter. The rooms had no ventilation, no fans, no heat or A/C. The only option was to open the unscreened window and allow even more noise in. The room was very dated with large mirrors(cracked) on the walls, and few available plugs, none at bedside. The walls are very thin and the neighboring rooms on both sides could be heard clearly. TV's, toilets, showers, conversations, etc. No fridge, coffee pot, or anything else you would find at a standard hotel. We had to get ice from the bar downstairs, and were charged extra for it. There was 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay so we had to ask for more. No extra towels, soap, or toiletries were on hand or offered. There was a sex toy menu in the bedside table which led us to the conclusion that we were staying in a hotel used for "adult' activities. This was confirmed by the coming and going of escorts. The only positives for this hotel was it's short walk to a metro station, and the friendly servers in the restaurant.

This is not a hotel. This is a motel where prostitution is a common thing to whiteness. Not safe place for families or safe to walk on the streets.

Staff was quite friendly, but property was bad. Not great area, horrible room that smelled, was dirty and literally on the highway. No a/c or fan. Very bad.

Not for most people for many reasons.
Most of the reviews I saw of this hotel were in Spanish which I do not speak well so I did not read them. Turns out this is basically a sex hotel. Never saw that in the reviews or in the marketing. I suspect you can rent by the hour if you want to but I do not know that for sure. That is not a problem in and of itself but the neighborhood is questionable, it is not close to public transportation, the meal I ate at the restaurant was lousy and the room had no heat or air conditioning that I could find. The room doors were not very secure, not well made and let in a lot of noise as did the walls. The comfort of the room was not great but it was clean. The hotel got very cold at night and I actually caught a cold here. The lobby reception appeared to be behind bullet proof glass in a locked area. I did not have any problems but it just was not a great feeling or very comfortable.

Find another place.
I got bit up by some kind of bugs from the sheets. Call girls came while we were checking in, and call girls arrived in pairs, giving services to the patrons. It is a Hotel de Paso, they also charge by 3 hours and 6 hours..for adults to go do their intimate games. The couple in the next room, we could hear their conversations. It was unpleasant, and I felt uneasyl.

Friendly staff and clean room
Very friendly hotel staff and hotel conveniently located a few minutes from a subway station. Rooms are clean and spacious. Now, yes, the hotel is clearly geared at a more adult crowd, but there was no adult activity during my stay. It definitely did not feel seedy, but maybe not recommended for families.

Ni hotel on a heavily trafficed blvd.
Check in was a little stressful as the receipt that expedia sent me had no reservation # only an Itinerary # which made it difficult for staff to find our reservation.

Not a hotel for families/kids
It's fine for what it is...definitely a hotel for adults and not one for families or kids. Note: they rent rooms in 6-hour increments.

It's a sex hotel.
Be very clear, the purpose of this hotel is for people to turn up and have sex in. The walls are paper thin, there's mirrors everywhere, the locks on the door are super dodgey and every room has a sex chair in it. It's cheap though.

Just for one night
The hotel has a great location. It has a great price value relation. Is it an old hotel, but if you want it to sleep for 6-8 hours is a great option.
