We loved Hotel Il Saraceno!! This beautiful and peaceful hotel in Volastra, high above Manarola is easily accessible by shuttle bus that runs almost continuously. We loved everything—the decor, the quiet, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the patio—but our favorite was Antonella, the proprietor. She is amazing! Her warmth, efficiency and charm are endearing! Plus, she speaks perfect English!

Great Hotel! Antoinella was a perfect host. She gave us all the information we needed to get the bus down to the nearest of the 5 villages - Manorola - and to get the most out of our stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable with easy onsite parking. The bus stop was across the road and buses left regularly all day and evening. It was nice to have a place to retreat to away from the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terre. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. We had a wonderful meal in a local restaurant near the hotel in Volastra - Locunda Tiabuscion

This Hotel is the hidden gem of Liguria! Excellent location, quiet, extremely clean and comfortable. Great parking areas and walking distance to the beach,trails,train stations etc. Antonella, owner and operator is a sweet Italian lady that will leave you in aw.
