Lovely stay

Lovely reception when we arrived, free onsite parking fantastic and proximity to Pau great. Room spotless and comfortable with even a kettle to make hot drinks. Large bathroom and separate toilet clean and fresh. Owner extremely helpful.

Being situated just north of Pau, it was perfectly located for an overnight stay on our way home frim Spain. Very friendly staff. It was unusually hot for early April and the fan didn't work so sleeping wasn't easy. However, the beds were comfortable and with the window open it was okay. Breakfast was very good.

Recepcionista maleducada, acusación falsa de haber robado una toalla queriendo cobrar 15 € por ella , gritando en francés cuando no la entendíamos y si nos podía hablar en inglés que si lo entendíamos y sin dejar hablar. Aún nos envían un correo diciendo que no seremos bienvenidos,espero que los dueños de la cadena hotelera tome medidas respecto a esta recepcionista.

Les propriétaires de l'hotel sont extremement gentils et font tout leur possible pour satisfaire les clients. A l'inverse, je ne peux que souligner le mansue d'insonorisation des chambres jusque tard le soir et qui créee de vraies nuisances sonores. En effet, on enttend claquer les portes des chambres sans arret. Je pense qu'il faut absolument mettre de la mousse dans les cadrants de portes ou du caoutchouc isolant afin de reduire de façon considerable les bruits des clients qui ouvrent et ferment sans arret leurs portes, ceci resonne dans tout les etages et c'est insupportable. Les murs sont pas epais et onnenttend les voisins prendre leur douche et parler entre eux. Ce soucis est structurel et je le regrette.

Confort et Qualité pour un 2 étoiles PALOIS

A l'occasion d'une réunion familiale sur la région paloise, j'ai réservé un hôtel classé catégorie 2+ et j'ai eu l'agréable surprise de me retrouver dans un établissement plus proche d'un 3+ ; le réceptionniste explique bien les démarches pour le retour de nuit , les accessoires techniques (chauffage, code d accès, wifi, tél, TV) que possède l'hôtel sont bien détaillés. la circulation dans la ville ou accès extérieurs (aéroport UZEIN, champ de course, stade, Zenith sont à courte distance et d'accès trè facile par l'av. Jean Mermoz, artère principale du nord de l'agglomération paloise. Seul détail négatif l'éclairage/ fléchage du parking sont quasi inexistants ou mal renseignés. L'heure du petit déjeuner est choisie par avance et le résultat est parfait : très copieux, une pochette contenant 3 viennoiseries chaudes, des yaourts de toute couleur de chez l'excellent CAZAUBON, des salades de fruits, de la charcuterie, des fruits frais (pêche, abricot , banane, il ne manque rien et la petite salle à manger du petit déjeuner est succesfull et l'ensemble de la prestation est de bonne qualité, Le sanitaire correct et bien séparé. J'ai eu l'occasion de travailler avec la chaîne CITOTEL dans ma carrière professionnelle pendant de nombreuses années et j'ai très rarement été déçue, c'est une valeur sûre ! MARIE CHRISTINE DUBOSCQ
