6/10 Good

The rooms were large and set up well. Pool and hot tub were nice. Entire place was just dirty and rooms smelled but for the price we expected that

The front desk was great, she was so helpful. It was booked due to the Charlie Kirk memorial but we were there for it too. The room was good, had a bit of a problem with the air flow in the room but it was comfortable.

Hotel is totally run down. Not secure, gates left open at all hours day and night. Never again.

You can do better

Our room overlooked a car wash that played loud music at all hours, which made it very difficult to sleep. We were also followed by an unsavory individual that made us rather uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was rather run down. The pool looked nice, but we didnt use it.

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed at. The place was filthy. Both the room and the property such as the elevators were filthy. I will never use Hotels.com again because I should be able to trust what you offer on your site. The place is also used as a temporary shelter for homeless which is nice but as a paying customer, I should have been told this up front.

Not for a vacation or relaxing retreat

Extended stay motel in a not so decent area. I'm a single female and needed a room for a couple days/nights while I was moving and while the price was right, I felt very uncomfortable with the other patrons at the motel. Pets are allowed; many people do not clean up after their pets. My room was on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't work the entire time so I got a good workout going to and from my room up and down 4 flights of stairs. Also had to get my room key re-keyed everyday which was annoying.

Former Embassy Suites says it all!

5 star review people are cool no judgement Staff is awesome cant say enough about how they go above and beyond for you. Big spacious rooms comfy beds. Eastside Lower level Ac units work best. Bring fan if you can. POOL is fantastic!!!

Best lil Motel 6 in the State

Greatest motel 6 ive ever stayed at. Pet friendly deposit of 50$ huge rooms former embassay suits says a lot. The staff from lobby to security are great group of people. The hotel mgr is top notch and should be blessed for his efforts. The pool is clean very refreshing. Id recommend this location its price is very good. You wont be disappointed.

Oh where do I start. This used to be our favorite hotel when visiting family in Phoenix. Well that just took a big turn. This place is so dirty and unsafe that I would not recommend to anyone with family.

Wouldn't take a card as a deposit for the incident

I would let the grandparents stay there because they didn't have a $50 deposit on the card even though the room was paid for and I couldn't get it to them. It wouldn't take it over the phone for me.

More upscale than the average Motel 6. Nice pool/garden area in center. Top 2 floors of 4 are suites for business people, where I stayed. Very comfortable and affordable. My BIG complaint: Wi-Fi had been down for two weeks, desk clerk said. Totally unacceptable for most travelers. Like water and electricity, internet is a basic utility in 2025. Hopefully, this will be fixed by the time others book a room.

The room had not been vacuumed so I left immediately and I would like my money returned.

Scary place for a small woman to be staying. Drug deals, addiction is evident in most of the guests. There was a domestic violence incident that happened right in front of me and the staff never came, further I was in fear of reporting that I would face retaliation. Never ever will I stay here again. The room wasckean and well laid out , its sad that it is inhabited by very scary guests. Hotel staff was hardened and not friendly, which is understandable considering what they must deal with.

There are tweekers everywhere, lots of homeless looking people in the courtyard. Rooms old and dirty. Dirty towels in the closets, fire alarm beeping. We almost walked out but room was non- refundable and it's is already 12am. You can smell weed everywhere. Who knows what else is being smoked over here. I feel there maybe prostitutes here as well. Walls gross, curtains dirty, head boards we won't discuss what could be on there. We will not be showering and believe me as soon as the sun is out we're out of here! I can do ghetto but this is disgusting. I wouldn't even let us take our shoes off in the room.

The property was nice, but the elevators were not working and we were put on the 4th floor and we're not told the elevators didn't work.I am a senior citizen with lung cancer and the climb of the stairs was too much
