Charming hotel, like the fact that they have a backyard to park the car in central Örebro ( not many so be sure to book..) great cleaning service as well as breakfast and reception service ( located across the street at Hitel Örebro but very close so not a problem)

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

Rummet vi fick först var ett enkelrum trots att jag bokat för två personer, fixades dock snabbt av personalen. Rummet var rent och snyggt, inget att klaga på där. Läget var kanon men i övrigt så var det väl inget speciellt. Dåligt att hotellets egen reception inte bemannas utan att man hänvisas till andra sidan gatan till ett annat hotell. Receptionspersonalen där jobbade dessutom med att servera cafegäster så vi fick vänta ca 7 min innan vi ens kunde checka in. Frukosten var likaså på andra sidan gatan och även om utbudet var bra så var serveringsytorna bara som en korridor så det var extremt trångt en söndagmorgon och man fick stå i kö till den varma frukostdelen i 5 min och när man väl kom fram var allt slut… rummet var okej, inte så stort men det var enligt förväntningarna med fräscha lakan, sköna sängar och rent i övrigt. I badrummet var det bara en liten kurvad duschdörr som avdelare för duschen så duschen blev extremt trång så det blev vatten överallt. Helt okej men inte mer än så.
