Very close to I95, walking distance from restaurants... a lot of choices and What I like always with the TRU hotels is the 24h coffee lavazza station.

The room was clean had no smell. The mattress was to soft for my liking and the pillows went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling down. The staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast was ok just a continental like most hotels. For the price I’d recommend it to others.

3 days in King Room- Wiped the floors down in the room as they appeared dirty and it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Everything else appearance and cleanliness wise seemed ok. Front desk staff could definitely be more approachable and welcoming. Seemed to disrupt from book reading when approaching with a need or question. Will be trying a different place next visit.

Great stay

Clean, comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but nice. Bernard the breakfast ambassador was really nice. It was a pleasure spending time with him. Breakfast was basic, but worked just fine. Would definitely stay here again.

My only issue was that i booked it thru Booking .com and super.com took charge of it and they changed my arrival date. i tried to change my arrival or cancel my reservation so i could re book. i am awaiting a refund from smithfield, NC tru Hilton

The gentleman that checked us in on Wednesday evening was the best! We checked in at 1 am Andre was so friendly and helpful.After driving in the rain for 8 hours he was so accommodating so late in the evening!

We were in town for the 301 endless yard sale. The hotel was very convenient. We didn’t get there till after 8 PM and were out before 7 AM so we didn’t get to experience much of the hotel but our stay was very comfortable. Free breakfast is appreciated but it’s pretty basic with eggs cut up sausage some pastries, etc. Saturday breakfast was extremely busy at 7 AM.

One of the nicest and pleasurable hotel experiences ive ever had top to bottom if i had one negative id say the lack of microwaves in the rooms was the only negative but thats minimal compared to all the positives, indoor pool was great not cold but perfect for an enjoyable swim, room was spotless, the hot breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful when asked any questions & the comfortable common areas inside and outside were one of the highlights for me just an 10/10 rating for me!!
